When space is available, recognized organizations may rent Park District-managed athletic fields, courts, and other spaces for practices, games, tournaments, etc. The Park District does not rent athletic fields or courts for the purpose of putting on private lessons, instruction, clinics, or camps. In most cases a certificate of insurance naming the Park District as additionally insured will also be required.
Please note that due to the high demand for field space in Oak Park, athletic field rentals are rarely available to groups outside of the P.A.C.T. Program, the Park District’s facility use and allocation management program.
Application Requirements: Completed Athletic Tennis Court/Field Rental Application & Application Fee ($10R/$25NR)
Permit Fee: Permit fees for residents are generally $15/hr for a tennis court, $46/hr for a grass field, and $60/hr for a turf field, based on attendance and event activities. Additional costs may be incurred for services such as staffing, garbage pick-up, electricity or water usage, equipment usage, or requests for services beyond normal operating schedule. Use of field/court lights, when available, may result in an additional fee. (Basketball Courts and the Skate Park are not available for rental)
