Volunteers:

We still need more volunteers to help out during the dress rehearsal and performance as class chaperones and costume changers backstage! Please email Genevieve Garcia at genevieve.garcia@pdop.org by April 30th if you can help.

Volunteers arrive at the scheduled time on Friday, May 21st and stay until their assigned class is dismissed to their guardian. On performance day, volunteers arrive at 1:15pm  or 2:15 depending on the cast and stay until your class is dismissed to their parent/provider.

Tickets

  • $5 each, available for purchase online from April 16th-May 22nd. Age 2 and under are free. Limit of 2 tickets per dancer at this time. Additional will be released in May.
  • Flowers will be available for $2 each on the day of the performance, while supplies last.
  • Streaming option is  $10.

What To Wear/Bring

  • COSTUME(S) - Dancers will arrive in their first costume, tights, and shoes. Make sure to bring all costume pieces in a garment bag name, tights, and shoes needed for each dance number. Please make sure all costume pieces, shoes, and tights are labeled with your dancer’s name or initials. No jewelry! Do not wear dance shoes on grass.
  • UNDERGARMENTS - Tights serve as undergarments, so no undergarments are needed under tights as they will show through. Undergarments should be worn, however, under costume pants as needed.
  • HAIR - Long hair should be secured in a low bun, with any fly-aways secured to the head with bobby pins, hairspray, and/or gel as needed. Short hair that falls in the eyes or face should be secured away from the face with bobby pins, hairspray, and/or gel as needed. Costume hair pieces should be worn on the right side.
  • MAKEUP - Makeup is up to your discretion. Some makeup is recommended, as it will make your dancers facial features more visible from a distance, but please use neutral colors only!
  • WATER BOTTLE, HAND SANITIZER, and FACE MASK
  • Please do not send food with your dancer so we avoid any costume mishaps and/or allergy emergencies.

Picture Day - Saturday, May 8th

  • Schedule of individual times for pictures will be sent in April.
  • Dancers will arrive at their scheduled time in full costume, hair, and makeup.
  • Group and individual pictures will be taken, available for purchase via the order forms online.
