Pool Entry Fees

Daily admission:

$10 for Public or Family Swim (or free with pool pass)
$5 for Lap swim* (or free with pool pass)
*Lap swimmers must be over the age of 16. Under 16 must receive permission by pool management.

Fees are per person (ages 0 months and up)/per visit. Any individual who enters the facility is required to present a pool pass or pay the admission fee.  

New in 2021: Due to COVID, swim sessions will be limited to 1.5 hours.  Guests will have to reserve a swim time online in advance.  Guests will not be able to drop-in and additional family/friends not pre-registered will not be allowed into the facility.

General Pool Rules

Camps and Daycares

Summer 2021 PDOP will not have space for internal nor external camps, daycares or childcare centers at the pool, no exceptions will be made unless IDPH guidance changes. Camps or daycares that pre-register will be denied access at the gate due to IDPH guidelines. 

All Access Pool Pass

The Park District of Oak Park sells season passes which are good at both Rehm Pool and the Ridgeland Common Pool. Pool passes are good for all lap swims, pass holder only, family, and public swimming sessions.

Opening & Closing Policies

The pool may close during a swim session due to extreme weather, i.e., lightning, thunder, hail, or tornado watches or warnings. When the pool closes due to any of these factors, it will remain closed for the entire session. If the air temperature is 68 degrees at the beginning of a day session or falls to this temperature during the session, management reserves the right to close the pool(s) depending on all weather conditions.

Each summer, the Park District of Oak Park seeks energetic, hard working, and self directed individuals to round out our summer aqutics team. Our many open positions include lifeguards, swim instructors, maintenance attendants, and more! 

 

 

Swim Lessons & Aquatics Programs

The Park District offers a variety of swimming lessons and other aquatic programs and events for all ages instructed by Starfish Aquatics Institute certified swim instructors. Private, semi-private or group lessons are not allowed during any open swim times at Rehm or Ridgeland Pool. All swim instructors teaching swim lessons at Rehm and Ridgeland pool must be employed by the Park District of Oak Park. View more information about our current Aquatic Program and Events
