If you’re feeling overwhelmed, agitated, out of balance and like you just can’t turn your brain off, here’s your opportunity. Get out of your head by grounding deeply in your body, learning and integrating techniques to create real change in your level of stress and anxiety. Use yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, sound and visualization to balance anxiety and become reacquainted with your true self.
