RACE DAY REGISTRATION Race day registration will be available in the OPRF field house beginning at 6am. Registration fees go up by $10 on Labor Day weekend and additional $5 on race day.


 HOW TO REGISTER:

You asked and we responded. A simplified registration process is available through RAM Racing. 

ONLINE Registration opens March 1. Online registration will close at 7:30am on race day, Sunday, October 18.

WALK-IN at the Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex (415 Lake Street, Oak Park) or the Gymnastics and Recreation Center (21 Lake Street, Oak Park). WALK-IN registration will close at 5pm on Saturday, October 17.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION Race day registration will be available in the OPRF field house beginning at 6am. Registration fees go up by $5 on race day.

Registration for the race is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 PACKET PICK-UP:

FLW4Runners can pick up their packets on the dates/locations listed below. Please bring in a copy of your registration confirmation email that has the QR code, or have it pulled up on your phone to speed up the process. If you are picking up for a friend, you will need to have their confirmation email as well. 

Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex, 415 Lake Street, Oak Park

  • Friday, October 16 from 8:30am-7:00pm
  • Saturday, October 17 from 10:00am-1:00pm

Oak Park and River Forest High School Field House, 201 N. Scoville, Oak Park

  • Sunday, October 18 starting at 6:00am

 CHRONOTRACK B-TAG TIMING (NO 5K WALK B-TAGS):

The Frank Lloyd Wright Races are using the B-Tag timing system, a disposable tag that stays mounted on the runner's bib. The race bib and B-Tag will be distributed at packet pick-up. The 5K Walk is not timed, so no B-Tags will be issued to walkers.



AGE DIVISIONS & AWARDS

FLW6

Awards are given for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place (male & female) for 5K and10K overall, 5K and 10K age divisions, and Youth Mile age divisions. Pick up your awards at the Fieldhouse on race day.

    7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14
     
  • 5K Run and 10K Run Age Divisions
    0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79,
    80 & up
Awards will only be announced for overall winners and Youth Mile age category winners. Age category winners for the 5K and 10K will not be announced, but medals can be picked up in the Fieldhouse.

Any awards not picked up on race day can be picked up at Lively Athletics, 109 N Oak Park Ave, Oak Park, IL 60301.

PARKING

Public transportation is recommended, however on-street parking is available on nearby streets. Please read parking restrictions carefully. The OPRF garage will be closed to the public on race day.


Run three races to earn the TRIPLE CROWN medal

Participate in the Good for Life 5k, Hemingway 8k and Frank Lloyd Wright 10k Race and be awarded this medal at the completion of the FLW races.
