Tree Collage Workshop

One day workshops are designed for students to explore their creativity, get out of the house and excited about ART! A different medium and topic will be the focus of each workshop. Material exploration in addition to guided instruction will make up the 1 1/2 hour workshop. Workshops cover a variety of topics and a take home project will be created in each: Saturday, September 23rd: Learn to Draw Dogs - Realistic or cartoon dogs . . . artist will be taught the basics of creating a dog drawing that they are sure to be proud of. Line, space, and composition will be discussed as artists practice, then create, their final piece. Saturday, November 11th: Tree Collage - Think trees and fall colors as we start to wrap up October! Create a fall tree collage perfect for decorating your home this Thanksgiving season . . . after all, who isn't thankful for trees!? Color, composition, and design will be discussed as artists create their masterpiece!
