Take your running to the next level by incorporating speed work safely into your training plan. Experienced runners will learn different methods including hills, fartlek and intervals. Achieve a new PR, become a more economical runner or just go faster while avoiding injury. This program is most appropriate for participants who have a base of approximately 300 miles (Six months at about 12 miles per week) of running experience. Instructor: Janice Enloe
