Are you new to working out and/or uncomfortable in large class environments? This exercise program is the right "fit" for you! We will spend 6 weeks dedicated to help you accomplish your Fitness goals through 2 classes each week, with one that includes 15 minutes of Nutrition education. You'll be a part of a support system with a group all working toward the same common goal, in a comfortable environment. We look forward to helping you get fit in 2017!
Class meets Tuesday evenings: 7:30-8:30P and Saturday mornings: 9:00-10:00A
