How to Register

Program Registration is on a First Come/First Served Basis

Unless otherwise indicated in the program information, registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis, with park district residents having priority over non-residents. Begin online registration now.

For Summer 2016, the timelines will be as follows:

Opens Saturday, May 7 at 8:30am

Opens Saturday, May 21 at 8:30am

How Do I Register?

The Park District is happy to accept your registration through the methods below. Payment is required upon registration and can be made by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx accepted).

Online

The most convenient way to register for most programs is online using our online registration system. After logging in to your household account, you will be able to view the enrollment status of the class you want, register, and print your own receipt. There are additional features available when you log in as well, including the ability to print calendars for your household activities, pay any outstanding balances, and add funds to your Universal Card for pool/rink pass holders to use at our concession stands at the Pool or Rink.

In-Person

Registration for all programs is available at both the Ridgeland Recreation Complex and the Gymnastics & Recreation Center. Note: Registration is no longer available at the Hedges Administrative Center, 218 Madison Street.

  • Dole Center, 255 Augusta at Cuyler, in the drop box on the second floor outside the Park District office (Please allow 48 hours for your Dole Center drop-off registration to be processed.)

Seasonal Registration Periods

Registration will begin for most seasonal programs the first Saturday following the Program Guide delivery. Registration will first be allowed for Oak Park Residents. Non-Resident registration will begin 2 weeks after the start of Resident seasonal registration period. Some programs that may not follow this timeline are Summer Camps, Preschool, Playschool, Clubhouse, and Gymnastics.
