Active Adult Memberships
Active Adult Membership is open to ages 50 & up and is valid for a full year from the date of purchase. Oak Park resident’s 2016 membership fee is $48, Non-resdient fee is $55. Click here to register today for our Active Adult membership.
This membership entitles members to receive 10% off the resident price for many programs through the Park District, such as Nature and Gardening classes at the Conservatory and fitness classes offered at Dole Center.(Eligible programs are marked with the "AAM Eligible Symbol" in the Park District Program Guide)

Active Adult Ambassador
The Park District of Oak Park is passionate about providing quality recreation experiences for the seniors of Oak Park. The Park District currently offers a wide range of activities for seniors, including trips, fitness classes, luncheons, a book club and more. Volunteers specific to the Active Adult program- Active Adult Ambassadors are currently needed for:
· Trip Chaperones
· Food & Flicks and other luncheons
Basic Requirements for Volunteers:
The most important requirement to be a Active Adult Ambassador is the ability to commit to the program for which you volunteer.. Secondly, volunteers must have a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for those 50 and better in our community through sharing your special skill with them.
