Fall Ice Bears Registration Information Available Soon!
The Ice Bears offer fall hockey at the mite (2008 & 2009), squirt (2006 & 2007), peewee (2004 & 2005), and bantam (2002 & 2003) levels. The season begins in September and ends mid March. Teams wll recieve an average of 2 practices a week and one game a week during the program. Fall registration packet is available here.
Fall Registration Dates
July 9th: Registration opens for any player who played in the 2015-16 fall Ice Bears program
July 16th: Registration opens for any player who played in the 2016 Spring Ice Bears program
July 23rd: Registration opens for players new to the Ice Bears including the PDOP in-house program
Ice Bears Travel Hockey
This program is designed for players with experience in the sport who are ready to take their game to the next level. This league competes against other organizatons as part of the North West Hockey League. Players are divided by birth year and evaluated based on skill to produce equal teams at each level where players receive balanced ice time. Each team averages two practices and one game a week.

The Northwest Hockey League was formed to provide safe recreationally competitive youth hockey at all age levels.The league focuses on sportsmanship, fair play, and player development.
The Park District of Oak Park also offers in-house youth hockey and adult hockey.
