The most important asset of any organization is its staff. The Park District strives to develop an excellent leadership system and encourages staff development at all levels of the organization. The following charts measure current staff satisfaction as an employee and with training opportunities, as well as employee turnover and staff wellness.
Employee Job Satisfaction
In order to staff to be able to effectively meet our mission and serve the community, it's important that staff are engaged. The Job Satisfaction Score is the average score, on a scale of 1 to 10, given by staff in an annual satisfaction survey.
This area measures staff satisfaction, on a scale of 0 to 10, with training provided to them, both internally and outside of the organization at conferences and other continuing education opportunities.
